Business and Employment Resources

Harvard is one of the largest employers in Massachusetts and offers many opportunities for job seekers and local businesses: the Harvard innovation lab (i-lab) hosts events and workshops for small businesses and entrepreneurs and partners with local business interest groups; the University’s recruitment management system, ASPIRE, provides an online portal for job seekers searching for employment opportunities across Harvard’s campuses; Harvard’s Office of Human Resources hosts in-person information sessions for job seekers at Harvard’s Information Center; programs such as the Harvard Allston Workforce Development Collaborative and the Harvard Allston Summer Corps provide career and workforce training opportunities for adults and youth; and Harvard’s Summer Youth Employment program employs local high school students in Harvard departments every year.
