As part of the John Harvard Book Celebration, Harvard College and Johnstone Family Professor Steven Pinker presented to an audience of more than 100 attendees at the Honan-Allston branch of the Boston Public Library.

Pinker’s talk was based on his latest book, “The Better Angels of Our Nature: Why Violence Has Declined,” published last year. His lecture was followed by a free-form question and answer segment, during which members of the audience were encouraged to engage directly with Pinker.

This lecture is part of a series that continues through May 2012. All events are free and open to the public. For more information click here.
