The study of religion is the study of a rich and fascinating dimension of human experience that goes beyond an exploration of beliefs and ritual practices. Join Harvard Divinity School Professor Diane L. Moore at the Harvard Ed Portal on Tuesday, March 29th at 6:30 as part of their Faculty Speaker Series. Moore will examine how religions are internally diverse, how they evolve and change through time, and how religions are embedded in all dimensions of human experience. She’ll discuss the beliefs and principles of various religions through the lens of scripture and through themes such as gender and sexuality, the arts, violence and peace, science, and power and authority.

The event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP online through Eventbrite. For more information visit the Harvard Ed Portal's website
