Free summer concert series at Ray Mellone Park

Pack a picnic and enjoy fun for the whole family at Ray Mellone Park located behind the Honan-Allston Library. Celebrate the summer with your family, friends and neighbors. The library will be open late on concert evenings.

Ben Rudnick & Friends play the hippest family music around. With countless awards to their credit, including seven Parent’s Choice awards, their adventurous, high-energy blend of happy, upbeat acoustic music is guaranteed to entertain the entire family.

Jay Mankita
Wednesday, July 22 at 5:30pm
*Due to weather this concert was moved from July 15 to July 22
Jay writes and performs songs for kids about animals, ecology, and healthy food, in schools, libraries, fairs, and festivals. He’s won some Parents’ Choice awards, seen his songs Grammy-nominated, and watched his music travel around the world. In case of inclement weather, the concert will be held on Wednesday, July 22 at the same location.
